Bad quality and customer service don't buy!!!

Most Expensive mistake I have ever made!! appears very exclusive site with overly priced items you would assume excellent goods delivery and service?, well the first is right expensive goods everything else is disgusting disappointing and downright awful 😞
If you happy to lose a lot of money use this site I recommend never 👎 do you will be completely disappointed and out a lot of money it’s the worst thing and experience I have ever had and I learnt a huge expense in the process

So, how can we stop this company, stealing our money, selling low quality items and ignoring our requests???

Appalling customer service. Bought an expensive dress online which I had to return. They sent the wrong return label which DHL couldn’t accept. No answer from their customer service line and no answer after numerous emails. Dreadful. Will never purchase from them again

Without a doubt the worst customer service I have ever experienced!

I made a complaint about a faulty item in January and 4 months later, my complaint still has not been resolved!

Even though my item was faulty, it was a lovely product, however I would never buy from them again due to their customer service.

Third review and warning to shop with a better company.After numerous emails they keep telling me in the email it's not a fault .
The fabric and shape and size of the item changed when washed once.
They will not refund or exchange my item.
Give up now 😔They are not cheap clothing items but when you have a problem no customer service at all

Terrible. I was unable to return an item because it was on sale, although the sale item still costs more than any clothes I own!

The quality was also terrible. Didn’t look like anything from the photo. I did not expect such a poor quality for this kind of price.

Why did I not read the reviews on here before ordering? Because I trusted a supposed luxury brand. HOW WRONG WAS I!
Received one of the two items I ordered. The second undelivered item was sent from France and I now have DHL requesting £80 import tax payment. I ring customer services daily to be told it will be sorted and delivered within 1-2 days. This is 3 weeks ongoing! Today customer services told me it was delayed because of the weather! So laughable I had to cancel the call. Infuriating.

Dont buy online from them , ı bought shoes and too big sent it back , it has been 3 months havent received my money back (388£)and made it harder they keep asking for proof ı sent the item , ı did sent all dhl emails they emailed me last month , they says "sincerely apologise to learn about this very unusual situation. However, we have sent your proof of deposit to our logistics department." Hopefully will get money back soon

I was so scared after placing an order coming across these reviews seeing as I ordered two jacket sizes intending to return whichever size didn’t fit and the jackets were about 400 each. But I received my order within the time frame the company stated. The jackets were lovely, high quality. I called customer service to create my return for the larger size, and for my dhl return label instantly. Very easy, smooth experience. So hopefully they’ve sorted out whatever problems we’re going on before.
